Complete the Admissions Application form below.  Submit the application form along with required supporting documentation either with this application or email them to SWEC Admissions at admissions@supremewisdomeducationalcenter.org. The application and Nation of Islam Registration verification must be completed before proceeding with student enrollment into the Supreme Wisdom Educational Center.
